December 1, 2011 - Take a Poem to Lunch – Annual Pot Luck 12 noon-2 pm -The Sparta High School “Madrigal Singers” performing.
Bring a friend or two, a talent if you wish, and a pot luck dish to share. The Sparta High School Madrigal singers will perform. The event is a free afternoon museum tradition that operates as an open mic event, and allows people in the community to share their talents. Everyone is invited and all will enjoy great food, friends, talents and excellent school singers.
December 7, 2011 Wednesday – Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day 2 pm – 4 pm
The attack on Pearl Harbor was the beginning of America’s involvement in WWII, so please join us in thanking our veterans for their service and for reminding us that freedom is not free. View the Pearl Harbor exhibit and partake in refreshments. This event is free and open to the public.
